Are Atlantic Canadians familiar with your organization? What do they think about your organization? How does your organization’s reputation compare to others in the region?
While reputational research is essential to understanding how your business is perceived by the public, putting your organization in the context of other Atlantic Canadian businesses, including those in your industry and province, can provide even more insights. CRA’s Atlantic Reputation Monitor is a syndicated reputation research study of Atlantic Canadians’ opinions of organizations across the region.
This valuable tool will put your reputation into context by providing you with a ranking within your specific industry, along with a measure of familiarity in comparison to other organizations. You’ll also gain an understanding of how your organization is perceived on a provincial level and across key demographics. Currently consisting of over 75 organizations operating within the region, CRA continues to expand this database on an ongoing basis, including financial services, grocery, power utilities, retail, telecommunications, food chains, liquor, oil and gas, higher education, insurance, and lottery and gaming, among others.
Results of CRA’s Atlantic Reputation Monitor are based on 1,500 telephone interviews with Atlantic Canadians (n=400 in each of NS, NB, NL, & n=300 in PE) aged 18 years+. The margin of error on overall results is+2.5 percentage points, in 95 out of 100 samples.
