Claude has more than 20 years of market research experience, including 15 as a bilingual moderator. She leads both quantitative and qualitative projects across a number of industries and markets, with a special focus on tourism and the financial sector. Claude is experienced facilitating discussions with niche audiences, including Aboriginal peoples, injured workers, and seniors. Through her previous work, she has a strong marketing background. Claude is equally comfortable in French or English, and likes to get her hands dirty… on the potter’s wheel!
