Jean Cook is an experienced, senior professional with extensive expertise in quantitative and qualitative research across a broad spectrum of areas and leads CRA-NL’s client engagements. Her role also encompasses research design, development of data collection tools, determination of data collection logistics, analysis and interpretation of findings, and report writing. She is a professionally trained focus group moderator with over 15 years moderating experience.
Jean is currently sits on the Stella Burry Foundation Board and is Board Chairperson of Lakecrest, St. John’s Independent School.
A native of Newfoundland, Jean has a Masters of Science in Social Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with a major in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is also pursuing the Certified Management Consultant Designation.
